None of what you are stating can be done easily in 12’days in the current situation. Of course an extension is being sorted. I see no reason why it should be granted but I’m not the Supreme Court.
As for the second part, there is no reason why RT has to sign any deal. They are not a charity to sign deals to allow bridging loans to a company that doesn’t make money. I doubt they even want anything to do with NUH. They probably just want the money which is owed to them in days which is the whole
issue here.
