Anyone reading your posts would come to the conclusion that you have a better understanding of the current situation than RT. Unfortunately for you, this isn’t the case. RT will do what is best for them regardless of your ridiculous solution of ‘getting on with it’. What does that even mean? Should RT just forfeit the debt? And even if they did, NUH is still heading towards insolvency without raising fresh capital. You’re right about things not being that complicated though. NUH owes RT $2.5m and RT wants it and NUH can’t pay it. Even you must realise what this means only days out from being due?
