The debt is not due on the 7th anymore. The company is in voluntary administration which means debts and liabilities ( with the exception of some) are effectively halted and postponed. Clearly you don't even understand what a VA process is.
Are seriously saying that the two companies resolving their differences and getting on with business is a "ridiculous solution "? Yep, says it all.
The only one being ridiculous here is you, and we all know your preferred outcome, for the company to fail. That is all you ever push on here on HC.
