The major point you make here is that there was only ever an MOU and that was all that was ever announced by the market. You and others made this very clear but were constantly accused of not understanding what was occurring. It was a poor deal with Realtek but Realtek were the only financial lifeline (besides to a lesser extent Farjoy).
