KPMG have not recognised Realteks claim as evidenced in their earlier correspondence, but they are not opposing an application, which is the correct action , no doubt opposing arguments will be submitted.
Miller's email is rather damning of RealTek, because not only have they accepted money but blocked NUH monetising the technology.
