Yep totally agree, an MOU is non binding, administrators will not get a signature on a non-binding agreement. They can try, but realtek having not tipped in money previously on the last round, and not signing off for two years on a clip per board deal, means they have a problem with Nuheara, or Miller, and that problem is not going to be fixed now.
