People need to think about the end game scenario when there is only one 1st security creditor that the VA only has to consider. The sole purpose of VA is then 99 % to satisfy that creditor IMO. Gee wizz let me guess that VA can offer all IP and even a cash teaser to close it out as settlement and VA then can close down company structure with remaining funds . All other creditors get zip and VA gets their fees. As always just guessing ha ha or should that be LOL LOL
