I am not sure posters here are understanding the process or timelines of product development and the reality of final production of a electronic device, IMO painting RT as villain is far from the truth with what has been curated and presented . Consider that no calls have been referred to only a single letter and prior letter referred to is not included. There is always a reason and to consider in the timeline that professionals would not have been communicating via phone of via representative on board and diarising those conversations with a matter so critical and urgent? Did NUH prepay for development or use $ to pay RT any or all of outstanding $ owed so they had a footing / clean slate to ask for extensions, further loan or to finally gain access to final completed chip - can't imagine a company giving access to chip etc before bills paid even in a collaboration when they already seemingly if webinar is to be believed working samples to go to market and get orders with from prospective clients ?
At no point does there seem reference to RT having incorporated NUH design hardware or software into a existing RT chip for which IMO would have triggered progress payment or fee nor mention of deals regarding imminent income possibility from software incorporation. No consulting fees seem to have been paid to NUH for client development or integration so I have assumed everything was still early stage and possibly covered under existing broad agreement
Final Chip wording is interesting and the casual manner of email / letters defies my imagination . Is it final chip a sit is final chip available to be used for FDA approval purposes, final chip as no more $ to do anything , final chip as agreed it fit for purpose under umbrella development agreement? In any product or development I have ever corresponded in regards to it always had the specific references to exact product lines ( Chip X Software Z version XX experimental. production , trail etc , reference to previous correspondence or conversations and or code names of product if not public and so on. It has to be considered that anything written once safe harbor was expected to be entered has a particular purpose and would have been carefully curated and advised on I would have thought? Weird correspondence IMO from a very weak position IMO
You can't look at this from a one eyed one sided position and believe you are making correct conclusions without appreciating the other partys position and knowing one party had sourt specialist safe harbor advice early.
All assumptions and guesses as usual due to no access to source or source documents but been a pretty good guesser over this debacle to date.
RT have the empire and all rights IMO so why would they play games and waste their time having to deal with a 3rd party. RT can adhoc employ any NUH party they need or want at any point if required to advance chip , integration or existing deal relationship
Still a lot of obvious questions that have remained unanswered for years in regards to goings on.
