Exactly, but it wasn't "commercial in confidence " , Miller was making misleading statements, the correct statements would of been to advise that the contract is still being negotiated.
How is it Miller could state the truth in the VA announcement in early August but not state the same last year and early this year.
Because the contract was not executed, nothing he made representations about be it OEM's and the 4gen buds were possible.
If the chip was completed in May 2024, why wasn't the market advised of the situation?
