Court actions - not likely IMO . What specific event and who would they claim off. 9 ? months of specific advice and tidying up the titanics deckchairs and washing the dirty laundry and now a position where nothing further essentially needs to be released to public. I'll be interested to hear any specific logical thoughts on what shape any court actions could take and possible size of claim let alone who would risk their time and $ ?
