R&D that they have been receiving government rebates on. There is no liability on an MOU, zero. The company is now insolvent. There is no deals to be done apart from the liquidators job, which is to dispose of the assets to pay of the debts the company owes AND pay the huge liquidators fees in the process. Saying a deal can still be done and now Millers gone there is more of a chance, is just playing games with people on here. KPMG are into wind up the company, pay its debts, get a big fat fee and exit in a few months time. That is exactly what is going to happen, nothing more, nothing less.
