Definately Miller double-talk...The relationship with Realtek is dead. Management obviously tried to push-off the note or convert it and just got push-back. Realtek probably wants to take over all the assets on Sept 6 (and boot out Miller and friends) so the board appointed administrators to prevent this and hopefully they can convince Realtek to calm down or perhaps find other capital to reimburse them (fully or partially). Just my opinion...
