It is ridiculous. Blame everything and everyone but themselves, when the reality is this business has been floundering since inception. The business should have been successful but the initial investments and operating model (lining BPAM's pockets) were flawed, and the common denominator in both still thinks he's done an amazing job with the world against him. No mirrors in that house!!
