We wrote to the Deputy Chair of ASIC, Sarah Court, in January, Pete.

We were assigned a case number and told they would investigate the extensive list of claims put on our lawyer's letterhead.

Never heard back.

We followed up multiple times, but were given nothing except that they don't get involved in "commercial disputes". It wasn't a commercial dispute - we put to them multiple potential breaches of the Corporations Act to investigate.

Toothless tiger.
