One may wonder down the track if the Group of screwed retail investors may need to subpoena records to prove there was a deal between Millstreet & Bryce & Co when the writing was on the wall that they were the only one's privy too !!
You can't tell me there wasn't an escape route for BC - a parachute so too speak into some comfy job in the States Via Millstreet while all us in Oz get screwed and KPMG suck out what's left of investors' money !!
