Where have you been for the past four years, Woody? The last time Viaticus had anything to do with equity raising for Vulcan was in June 2020, jointly and for a paltry $4.8m placement. Hundreds of millions of $/€ in equity has been successfully raised since then with no involvement of Viaticus. I’m all for ensuring directors aren’t double-dipping via their side hustle fundraising vehicles, but you really are grasping at the FUD straws with this ancient one!
