Why don't you do some research of your own? It is amazing what a few phone calls and emails can uncover, but that actually requires people to do some work rather than just bitch and moan on Hotcopper, which seemingly is what everyone here is content to do.

Progress has obviously been very disappointing, but if it bothers you so much then either sell your stock and move onto the next investment or start making inquiries to determine if Atrum Coal is a company that you want to remain a part-owner of or not. What you shouldn't do is just sit around with no idea what the company is doing or why you are still invested. If you genuinely don't know why you are invested anymore, then I advise you to sell your stake.
