I got a call this afternoon explaining that Blackwood Capital HAS NOT SOLD two million shares on market. Blackwood was holding these (non-beneficially) for some foreign entities when the Top 40 was released in early February, and has since transferred them to their respective owners.

With that in mind, the Top 40 shareholders really hasn't changed much at all. That's reassuring.
