re: Ann: Appointment & Resignation of Directo... Remember they are deferred settlement which I understand is 11th April. ie if buy/sell today settlement is not until 11th April.
Price can go either way but without any news and with small volume most likely going nowhere until they trade back as TMK, some guide can be found looking at other charts such as TTE and GGE (disclosure stock held) who did consolidations last year.
Liquidity in this phase appears a killer for SP but liquidity was poor before so possibly the consolidation will help longer term.
