In my opinion, maybe he is an incompetent and was never suited to being an MD from the beginning. Perhaps also he's sucked all the money he needs out of KRL and is moving on. He'll pop up somewhere else soon enough you can be assured of it, and I would imagine it will end up being much the same story as here.
