Here we go again, giving away heaps of options - 1.5% of share base in this instance. I guess we will see another share price haitus at $0.52 whenever these are taken up & then offloaded. We'll be the ones buying them back just to kick the price along. I would be happier putting a $$ price on the performance objectives and paying against achievement of these.
