Don't what the big deal is about the options! He could buy on market now and get them around 2/3 cheaper!! At the end of the day they can be excised any time prior to the December 2016 date so we are only talking just over a year for a share price anticipated of 50 plus cents! To add to this 1.1 million dollars in the coffers if all are excised. The monthly consulting fee figure is more of interest to me to see how much that is and what if any other perks accompany it - super etc.???
