From memory, they have some kind of finance facility that will take them to the end of 2026. Do you have any memory of that or did I imagine it? Also if my recollection serves that when I was studying this stock I felt that if it were not for that finance facility I would not have invested in the company because of concerns I had re cash flow. As to a CR Henry is clearly big on M&A. Its essentially in that regard that I would anticipate that he may wish to raise some extra funds in the near future. Unlike you Im not convinced that he has curbed his ambitions in regard to M & A.
