The key question is why doesn't the CEO Tim Kelsey hold any shares in BMT?
No one here has answered that. That is the only reason I'm here posting about it. And will keep posting until i see he holds (not inc performance rights)
But if you are happy with a ceo that has zero holding in BMT that's fine I guess.
It's not fine for me. Everyone has different views on this which i can accept.
