Directors have all different reasons for buying and selling shares. I think you’re placing too much emphasis on his lack of holding any shares. How do you know his financial status? He could have debts, going through a divorce etc

I’ve seen directors buying shares in companies with declining share prices, where the company is riddled with debt and nearing bankruptcy. I’ll give you one example, Andrew Grech from Slater and Gordon.

As well, Tim was late to the seen. I’d be more worried if Mike Hill or Bombora were selling. MD Mike Hill from Bombora ipo’d PKS holdings.

You could also argue that none of the directors are selling either.

If you’re so worried about his financial position why don’t you ask him or email investor relations….?
