Before he can get those options, the share price has to stay above 30c for a period of time
After that who knows what he'll do with them. That's the worrying part
Now maybe he has some other excuse (ie: from the UK still trying to settle in so doesn't have time to open a stockbroking account), I'm not sure.

I sold out of BMT ages ago and took the 50% loss to take advantage of Develop Global (2.20) and IPD group (1.50) where the CEOs were doing on market buys before. And have made up for that loss while BMT is still stuck below 30c. As they say, time is money...
Looking now, it appears there is some (but not strong) correlation to prices going up and CEOs buying but it doesn't happen all the time (ie: CDA)
