He has done a great job in establishing BMT to date, more than you realise.
Some only see the completed building. Not the time and effort it took to plan and design it and the depth of the buildings foundations. Private investors find this part boring, but it is the most important part. This is at the core of why PE investors make substantial returns compared to individual investors. Individual investors are their own worst enemy.
