let's be grateful that the adjustment had occurred super quickly.

Hopefully, the impending new CEO will be a highly experienced operator/"street smart", active/visionary, and a bloody good negotiator.

I hope LG has already been briefed on what has happened and why it happened to secure AUZ's integrity.

Detailed clear communication and transparency are of paramount importance right now.

LG and, the market, in general, will hone greatly on the next in-coming full-time/permanent CEO.
Les Guthrie in the meantime (from what I'd observed in the past) appears to be an adequate Senior Officer to hold reigns until his replacement is appointed; the quicker the better.

Hopefully, better things will arise out of this "sudden impact".

I remain positive and look forward to AUZ's successful advancement...
