And yet they are still having trouble with their governance as per the other announcement this morning clarifying their unaudited results (released the other day) that finalisation of the nway and quidd acquisitions are subject to shareholder approval.
I went to the company website just now to look through the past announcements to find the announcement of the Quidd acquisition and when you look over the past six months announcements you realise there is little wonder this company was placed in suspension by the ASX. There is just a litany of governance snafus, one after another.
