"I think this is just one more fluffy ANN from BRN. Lots of ramp language and very little substance. Another smoke and mirrors that is designed to support the SP allowing a lot of those shares to be traded later this month.
I bet even the big SH didn't expect the increase yesterday - they must be creaming in it.
