    Lessons learnt!

    1. Never ever trust a small cap share 'Management' - there is a reason the stock is small cap

    2. If Management sells - sell immediately - the excuses for tax selling never ever wash. For God's sake if the technical director sells 1/3 of his stake then what is in it for me to stay long!!

    3. When a pump is on - the best time to sell - it is ON for either a Capital raising or for freebies to Vest. The share price will fall after the above is achieved
