I'm not so sure about his motives now. He's been selling for nearly 4 weeks.
So far sold 14% of his holdings (19,965,824 shares). This represents 32% of all shares traded since he first started selling.
More than enough to shift market sentiment. Why would anyone buy now knowing he may continue dumping?
If his motive is to drive down the price prior to a CR, he has well and truly achieved that.
If he wants out due to the Johor plant dropping to the lowest priority then he has become a hostile director which sends a terrible message to the market.
Time will tell, but due to his sustained selling, I'm becoming increasingly unhappy as he is an insider.
