If his motive is to drive down the price prior to a CR, he has well and truly achieved that.
If he wants out due to the Johor plant dropping to the lowest priority then he has become a hostile director which sends a terrible message to the market.
Time will tell, but due to his sustained selling, I'm becoming increasingly unhappy as he is an insider.

SERIOUSLY!!! Directors have tax obligations and various other reasons for selling other than inside knowledge. In fact, if he knew something bad was happening he would be going to prison for insider trading.

My guess is he needed some cash and still holds 116m tell me he still believes in the company.
