    re: Ann: Approach from Village Roadshow Corpo... Back in 2003, Grant Samuel post a valuation for VRL of between 1,040 and 1,324 million dollars for the outstanding equity in VRL. refer page 3 of the Appendix (page 95 of 183 pages of total scheme document):
