Correct. It means when analysts run their DCF models they will be bringing forward both costs PLUS revenues. The upfront $$ spent on early works ($40-50m) will pale into insignificance when looking at 6 - 12 months improvement in initial cash generation.
Wait for the analysts to re-jig their models to see a tweaking of their target prices (for CXO share price).
