Just to clarify, module 1 is estimated to cost $225m:
$59.6m - DBSA
$53.4m - IDC
$133m - A capital raising, of which Posco will contribute upto $40m (depending on the share price) so as to not increase their shareholdings above 19.99%
The $40m from CRDB is $20m "working capital", which will keep the lights on in the office until the mine starts making money, and $20m is a "cost overrun" facility, which won't be needed unless there is a cost blow-out during construction. I'll also note, that there is already an allowance (10% I think) for a cost overrun in the $225m estimated cost of building module 1
I hope this helps
