Module 1 capex $225M*
Working capital $20M
Total required $245M
* this figure already includes $22M of contingencies which is typically amount set aside for "overruns" and scope creep, etc but excludes working capital.
IMO, the shortfall is $52M based on this analysis unless there's something I have missed??
