We need to raise $112m in the capital raising. Depending on the share price, Posco will chip in $40m, so another 72m needs to be raised from other investors
Your figure of $52m, should actually be $72m also, because the $20m 'Cost overrun' from CDRB is not 'available' in the same sense that the rest of the funds are. It's only available to cover a cost blow out (above the $245m you mentioned).
