I suspect BKT will have more success here. The co you mention is not even in the same ballpark in terms of professionalism and due diligence. Their offtakes are all still subject to product qualification whereas BKT has already completed this process and has the second largest anode producer globally on board. Completely different risk profile, hence likely to be far less stringent terms.
