Ya know, the one thing I can’t get my head around is... they had a fund, they had a listing, they obviously got their investing research from somewhere (sometimes good, sometimes not so good), they had SOME expertise in managing equities and listed investments...... no real significant negatives up till now... but
Why the hell didn’t they just employ a professionally qualified fund manager with runs on the board to manage CVF ??? I’m sure most of us would have been willing to leave our hard earned in there, depending on the results !
Methinks there was a lot going on behind the scenes (and perhaps Miles may have been aware of some of it.....) that we will probably never know !
Another one bites the dust !
