I'm punting on the company getting approached right about now. I was in some windups like 8EC and the names Dawney and RamCap kept popping up. I feel these smaller players might want to take over the shell and move on to the ASX.

I don't see any reason why we wouldn't agree to something like that (after the 33c captial return) given a windup is just going to eat into any remaining cash. Feel the current directors don't have the motivation to do anything so possibly we could reject the windup proposal after the cap return of course

Might reach out to GVF and see what their thoughts are.
