My calculation is
150ppm means 150mg/L lithium.
0.54 cubic meter/sec x 1000L/cubic meter x 150mg/L = 81000mg/sec = 81g/sec lithium
based on my previous post, the recovery I used is 91.5%x88.6%=81.069%. So for 1 hour, we will have
81g/sec x 81.069% x 3600 sec/h = 236,397.204g/h = 236.397kg/h lithium.
the LCE to Lithium metal ratio is 5.323. So we will get 1258.34kg LCE per hour.
If running 24/7, then we will have 30.2 tons LCE per day and 11,023 tons per annum.
with the consideration of the maintenance, the number should be less but 10,000tpa should be achievable.
