Partially agree with you, but this conventional wisdom will also be the one that makes plenty of people buy AGY at 50c once the JORC is completed.

For example, if Pablo wasn't completely happy with where the stage 1 pilot plant was at, do you think he would happily leave Argentina to go sourcing equipment for Stage 2? And this is only a few weeks after he has been buying shares on market?
That tells me that anyone buying shares around 30c-35c will be 15c (or about 50%) in front of the conservative crowd who is waiting for the perceived risk to be removed.
