    read the ann .they state everything is ready and they have not stated they are drilling...
    like the south australian asset they state they got clearance for drilling .they have now !! it starts when the agreement was signed about a year ago so we have 4 years before they have to drill .not the 4 years we waited for the agreement ,that does not count .
