If it was me, I would be waiting until all patients have been implanted. It would be very embarrassing to talk up the tech and then get an adverse event. There will still be some risk due to the sham surgery patients needing implants at the end of the 6 months however I don't think they would wait that long to start on PR. All my opinion of course so could well be proven wrong
