Meagher would want to use up a favour or two from his connections from years in corporate finance to get a equity raise away almost fully underwritten at almost current prices.
Otherwise what are we paying the man for. Id also settle for a PXX style J.V at this point but I might be having a dream.
Still great jurisdiction and promising projects, just that we have been royally rodgered.
