When you say "most of the things are already done", it would seem to me that all has been done other than drilling results is not much. Still no road, not much money, no adit, no decline, so nothing much has changed. It would not surprise me if what is left of IDC is delisted and turned into a private company. It seems to have been run that way for a while now.
