Indochine Mining Limited (Administrators Appointed)
ACN 141 677 385 (the Company)
I refer to the appointment of Darren Weaver, Ben Johnson and myself as Joint and Several
Administrators of the Company on 27 March 2015 pursuant to section 436A of the
Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).
I advise that at the second meeting of creditors of the Company held in the offices of Ferrier
Hodgson on 13 May 2015 at 11:00am WST, creditors passed a resolution by way of a poll,
with majority in both number and dollar value of creditor claims, requiring the Company to
execute a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) as proposed by Kandahar Holdings Pty
Ltd pursuant to Part 5.3A of the Act.
In the interim, we will continue to work with the secured creditor with regard to its funding on
the PNG operations and with a view to a renewal of EL1093.
The minutes of the meeting will be available as soon as practicable and will be available
from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
