Hi Pan Head,
I have just highlighted what they said as far as getting the MM licence, some people may not have been aware that Andrew applied in July for the licence ( I wasn't until recently ) with the intended approval or declinal to be by "October".
Basically saying that QBL has so many things about to happen ( some believe and some don't - I believe) over the coming month or 2 that you definitely want to be involved.
