Sadly that's the crux of the problem.
Although they might be stuck in the middle of nowhere its always underestimated what people can achieve for themselves.
Its no different being a tribe in Africa or an American Indian.
Although they were perceived as under achievers years ago and treated like crap its been shown they have the knowledge and ability to progress themselves if given half a chance.
Now in Africa blacks do exactly the same as whites ie. running a country.
American Indians run their own businesses.
Only in good old OZ the stigma remains which is people say they are limited in their capabilities.
The video to me tells a vastly different story to that IMO.
